Here is some information about the electronic signature

Under current legislation, a secure electronic signature with a valid qualified certificate is a signature that:

is assigned exclusively to the signer,
is created by secure signing devices and signing data used under the sole control of the signer,
is linked to the data to which it is attached in such a way that any subsequent change to that data is recognisable

Secure electronic signature – signing usually takes place using a special processor card or USB token and electronic signature software. Electronic signature is equivalent in legal effect to a handwritten signature. The signature can currently be used for example for:

electronic signing of contracts and documents in commercial and civil law transactions,
in correspondence with authorities and to sign letters and administrative decisions by authorities,
