    Here is some information about the electronic signature

    Under current legislation, a secure electronic signature with a valid qualified certificate is a signature that:
    • is assigned exclusively to the signer,
    • is created by secure signing devices and signing data used under the sole control of the signer,
    • is linked to the data to which it is attached in such a way that any subsequent change to that data is recognisable
    Secure electronic signature – signing usually takes place using a special processor card or USB token and electronic signature software. Electronic signature is equivalent in legal effect to a handwritten signature. The signature can currently be used for example for:
    • electronic signing of contracts and documents in commercial and civil law transactions,
    • in correspondence with authorities and to sign letters and administrative decisions by authorities,
    • signing electronic invoices,
