For the scanner, you will need to purchase an additional 5V AC adapter and a power adapter.
The device has three built-in communication interfaces: serial RS232, USB and PS2 keyboard emulation. Changing the way the scanner communicates with a cooperating device (PC, fiscal cash register) involves only replacing the transmission cable and changing the transmission parameters.
