The Certum seal is a trusted service for electronic document sealing. The seal contains only data of entities with legal personality.
The set includes 5,000 time stamps per month.
The set consists of:
CERTUM qualified certificate
set of time stamps
Activation and identity confirmation procedure:
1. Purchase of a qualified seal
2. Activation of the cryptographic card on the Certum Panel
3. Identity confirmation – at the NETVET office or ONLINE or at the customer’s company headquarters/customer’s home
4. Software installation
5. Certificate download
The seal works without a physical card or reader.
Use of the electronic seal:
- sealing company e-mail correspondence
sealing electronic invoices
sealing documents
issuing and receiving invoices electronically via KSeF (National e-Invoice System)
