Qualified electronic seal in the ECSigner cloud is an innovative solution that enables companies and organizations to sign, secure and confirm the authenticity of PDF and XML documents (PAdES, XAdES) in the form of a digital stamp. Thanks to SecureDoc software or external programs such as Adobe Reader, you can sign documents remotely without the need to purchase additional cards and readers.

This seal is ideal for authenticating electronic services, e.g. in the National e-Invoice System, and allows remote access for many users within one organization. The certificate contains data such as company name, address, tax identification number, as well as optional additional data.

The service includes online or stationary identity verification, a certificate for 1, 2 or 3 years, mobile and desktop applications, a management portal, and technical support.

Procedure for obtaining a qualified seal

1. Order a product through our store – select the validity period and the most convenient method of verifying the identity of the entity’s representative (more in point 3), add the product to the cart and make a purchase.

2. Pay for the order – select one of the available payment methods and follow the instructions in the basket to pay for the order (if you wish to purchase a product with a deferred payment date, please contact the Customer Service Office).

3. Verify your identity and sign the declaration – perform a one-time procedure of verifying the identity of the entity’s representative and organization data using online verification and electronically sign the declaration on the platform, which will be automatically sent back to EuroCert.

How to activate a qualified seal in the ECSigner cloud?

Set an access password and activate your account in the EuroCert Portal – you will receive an invitation link after completing the issuance procedure.
Install the software – install ECSigner Desktop on your computer and the ECSigner mobile application on your smartphone. You can also install the SecureDoc signing application. The software is available on the EuroCert Portal.
Connect the ECSigner mobile application with your cloud seal – scan the QR code displayed in the EuroCert Portal.

 

How to sign a document using a qualified seal in the ECSigner cloud?

Run the ECSigner desktop application on your computer and log in (you perform this action once until the system is closed).
Select the document you want to sign using a signing application and click sign (e.g. SecureDoc or Adobe).
Enter the ECSigner mobile application and enter the OTP code into the signing application.
Document signed! You can perform the same procedure for one or many files at the same time.
