The Certum seal is a trusted service for electronic document sealing. The seal contains only data from entities with legal personality.

The set includes 5,000 time stamps per month.

The set consists of:

• CERTUM qualified certificate
• set of time stamps

Activation and identity confirmation procedure:

1. Purchase of a qualified seal

2. Activation in the Certum Panel

3. Identity confirmation – online/at the NETVET office  or at the customer’s company headquarters/at the customer’s home

4. Software installation

5. Certificate download

The seal works without a physical card or reader.

Use of the electronic seal:
Issuing and receiving invoices electronically via KSeF (National E-Invoice System)
Registration in KSeF (Polish national e-invoice system)
Sealing company electronic correspondence
Sealing electronic invoices
